Thermoformable Cone For BK Liner is Polyethylene closed cell foam that is available in sheets or prefabricated cones for fabrication of soft inner sockets or as padding.
Bocklite pre-fabricated cones:
· Use for fabrication of soft inner sockets or padding for prosthetic sockets
· Polyethylene closed-cell foam
· Sheet Shore Hardness: ~ 35° Shore A
· Sheet Density: ~ 140 kb/m3
· Good thermoforming properties; Cones may be thermoformed immediately
· Three different cone circumferences available in two colors(beige or white)
· Cones are 6 mm thick
· Good adhesive and sanding characteristics
· Temperature Recommendation: 225°F (107°C) (convection oven)
